### Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect:

2. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.

Once verified, our team will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns for Preference

If you wish to return an eligible, undamaged item within our 30-day window:

- Products must remain in original packaging with all included accessories, parts, and manuals.
- Standard return shipping to our designated return hub is the responsibility of the customer.
- Packages returned without prior authorization from our support desk cannot be processed.
